Parents, siblings, and other relatives of Missourians with severe disabilities are fighting to stop Governor Matt Blunt from closing and privatizing the state-operated services their
loved ones depend on.

We ought to adopt this California resolution at local Democratic party meetings to send a strong message that any elected Democrat who supports Bush's plan will suffer severe consequences from the grassroots

Just replace San Fernando Democrats with the appropriate local Democratic organization.

The stink wafting from Bush-Cheney `04 has a familiar odor.  Paul Krugman has described the Bush regime as radical conservativism.  Others have pointed out its authoritarian characteristics. But could it be the old enemy of the left from the 30s and 40s?  Could it be Fascism in a new guise?
